About VerdictSpot Travel Help

VerdictSpot Travel Help is an independent travel assistance service. We write plain-language guides on flight bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds and rebooking, and run a phone line for travelers who want to talk their situation through.

What we are not

We are not an airline and not affiliated with any airline. Airline names are used only to describe the topics we cover. Final fares, schedules and refund decisions are made by the airline or the seller of your ticket.

How we write

Our guides draw on U.S. Department of Transportation rules and published airline fare information, and we always point you back to your own fare. See our FAQ and the editorial policy.
